HEWGICH started a program called Tuko Sawa .The program helps the youths understand that we are all equal thus gender equality refers to the belief and practice of providing equal rights, opportunities, and treatment to individuals of all genders. It challenges traditional gender roles, stereotypes, and discrimination based on gender. It seeks to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their gender identity, have equal access to education, employment, healthcare, political participation, and decision-making processes.
HEWGICH works hand in hand with Potential X Factor to give the boy child also access to the resources they require to help them realise their potential.Social justice aims to create a society where all individuals have equal access to basic human rights, economic opportunities, education, healthcare, legal protections, and social support systems. It calls for the removal of barriers, the promotion of inclusivity, and the rectification of historical and structural inequalities.
